Privacy Policy

Nothing. Focus Keeper does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. We don't know who you are, what sites you visit, how long your sessions are, or whether you're using the extension at all.

There are no servers receiving your data. There is no database with your information. There is no "us" watching.

Focus Keeper stores the following data locally in your browser using Chrome's built-in storage API:

• Your blocklist (the sites you've added)
• Your scheduled blocking times
• Your whitelist for Lockdown Mode sessions
• Your extension preferences (theme, session settings)

This data never leaves your device. It is not synced to any external server. It exists only in your Chrome browser's local storage.

Focus Keeper requests the following Chrome permissions:

• webRequest / declarativeNetRequest — to intercept and block requests to sites on your blocklist. We do not log or store which requests were made.
• storage — to save your blocklist and settings locally in Chrome. No data is written to any external location.
• alarms — to trigger scheduled blocking at the times you configure. No external service is contacted.
• tabs — to redirect blocked tabs to the block page. We do not read, record, or analyze your tab history.

Focus Keeper does not use any third-party services, analytics platforms, advertising networks, or crash reporting tools. No external scripts are loaded. No external requests are made.

The extension operates entirely offline. The only network requests that occur are the ones you make in your normal browsing — and those are handled by Chrome, not by us.

If we update this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and — if the changes are material — notify users via a Chrome extension update note.

Our commitment will not change: we will never collect your personal data without your explicit, informed consent.
